Quaygate House, Belfast
Quaygate House is a 7-storey office building adjacent to the M3 Bridge.
The footprint is approximately 276sqm (2,970sqft) and the total gross internal area is approximately 1,691sqm (18,200sqft).
The design was inspired by Harland and Wolff’s cranes, Samson and Goliath.
This led to the choice of a yellow coloured rain screen cladding system for the central sections of the building’s front and rear elevations.
The combination of cladding, smooth red brick and black aluminium window frames, results in clean lines and a crisp appearance.
The top floor consists of three large offices, all of which open onto a roof garden and take advantage of panoramic views over Belfast and the surrounding hills.
